Step 1: Visit the UAE Visa Section on OnlyTourism

• Head to the official OnlyTourism website: onlytourism.com.
• From the top menu, select “UAE Visa.”
• This will take you directly to the Visa Application Form page.
• Choose the visa type that goes in pair with your travel purpose from a list that includes 14 Days, 30 Days, 60 Days, Transit, Multiple Entry, etc.

Step 2: Choose Your Visa Type

The first question or field one shall come upon filling his/her visa application form contains:

Dubai Visa Type – Click on the drop-down arrow and select your desired visa.

For instance:

• 14 Days Visa: Best for short business trips.
• 30 Days Visa: Tourists tend to choose this one when they’re out on short vacations.
• 60 Days Visa: When you keep longer than usual.
• Multiple Entry Visa: If you intend to keep traveling in and out of Dubai frequently.
• Transit Visa (96 hours): The preferred Visa if one is to stay for a short term in Dubai on the way elsewhere.

In selecting entry type, please be careful as each type by default comes with assigned stay duration, validity time, or cost.

Step 3: Enter Traveler Details

Next will come the entering of your personal and travel information. These details have to be exactly as they appear on your passport:

• Full Name
• Nationality
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Travel Date
• Passport Number
• Passport Expiry Date
• Travelling From

And now, with heavy duty given to these details, mistyping a name can lead to delays and, at worst, rejection!

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

The following documents are also required to be uploaded through the form:

The documents will have the following categories:

• Face Picture (No Glasses): Has to be a very recent photograph, passport sized, with a solid backdrop.
• Passport Copy: A clean scan of passport information page.
  Depending upon the entire case, one might also be asked to provide:
• National ID
• Residence proof
• Bank statement

Step 5: Select Service Type

An online system prompts you to choose a particular type of service from the drop-down list once your information and documents have been uploaded:

• Regular Service: Standard processing (usually 48 hours).
• Fast Track Service (USD 40 extra): For urgent processing that takes precedence over other applications.
  In case you have an impending trip, the Fast Track option certainly makes for a justified extra expense.

Step 6:Accept Terms & Conditions

Make sure you tick the checkbox on the way that says: “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.”

Make sure to read those terms carefully because they include important points about refunds, cancellations, and processing times.

Step 7: Make Payment

Upon acceptance of the terms, you will arrive at the payment page, where the following should be done:

• Check your application summary, such as Visa type, traveler name, nationality, travel date, and total amount to be paid.
• Set forth the card details (either credit or debit).
• Validate the payment.
• Once the payment is accepted, the confirmation mail gets sent to you with the reference number of the application.

Step 8: Wait for Processing

Your application will go through several stages after submission:

• Reviewing documents
• Pending processing
• In-process
• Approved/sent
• Rejected/refund

Approval is usually obtained within 48 hours for most applicants unless you choose Fast Track where it can be even quicker.

Step 9: Receive Your Dubai Visa

Once your Dubai visa application gets approved, the visa will be mailed to the applicant’s registered email address in PDF format.

What you need to do:

• Download your visa document and keep one digital copy on your phone.
• Print at least one hard copy to show to the immigration officers on arrival in Dubai.
