Onlytourism.com remains bound by the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and committed to transparency, accountability and safety for all users of our platform.

In compliance with the DSA, contextually Onlytourism.com has altogether given a hint for its on-the-ground communication in relation to:

Language of Communication:

Email communication is accepted and relayed in the English vocabulary. should you communicate in any other language, we will try our best to reply appropriately; however, English will still be the default language for such correspondence.

Reporting Illegal Content

Pursuant to the DSA, governmental authorities, trusted flaggers, and platform users may notify Onlytourism.com of the possible posting of illegal content. The following steps must be undertaken in this regard: 

  1. On the website, navigate to the Contact Form.
  2. Select “Flagging Unsuitable Content” as the relevant category.

Provide:

  • The URL of the content you are reporting
  • A clear description and reason for the report (e.g., outdated, harmful, or illegal content)
  • Any supporting evidence that confirms the content’s illegality

Note: The reports can remain anonymous. However, if an email address is provided, the report will be acknowledged, and the outcome will be communicated to you, except where prohibited by law. Should the report prove to be incomplete or ambiguous or lacking in relevant information, then the report may be disregarded. 

Transparency Reporting

In accordance with our DSA obligations, Onlytourism.com is to release a Transparency Report at least once a year.

The Report Shall Cover:

The overall number and types of content that we have moderated or deleted

  • Such content removal reasons
  • Number of content removal requests received from public authorities and users
  • What actions will be carried out regarding such requests

That is indicative of the commitment of the organization towards transparency and responsible content moderation.
